Research Retreat 2026
This year, the Work and Environmental Psychology team once again gathered for a joint research retreat. Two intensive days provided ample opportunity for scientific exchange: our doctoral students received detailed feedback on their dissertation projects, and current and planned research projects were discussed together.
A special focus was placed on the question of what constitutes good research. In an interactive lecture by Professor Meinald Thielsch, we exchanged ideas on what good scientific practice looks like and how responsible, high-quality research can be achieved.
The days were rounded off by the culinary diversity of Altenberge. In addition to many stimulating conversations outside the program, a joint visit to the popular Kartoffelhaus was a must.
We look back on two insightful days that not only advanced our research but also strengthened team cohesion.
