Mr M.Sc Norman Jung
External doctoral candidate
As an external doctoral student, Norman Jung brings practical experience to the research. His work as a human factors engineer in industry and as a volunteer firefighter in Berlin give him valuable insights into human-technology interaction in safety-critical environments. His work focuses on the analysis of psychological and ergonomic factors to promote the acceptance of new technologies as well as on the development of user-centered strategies to increase usability and efficiency, primarily in public authorities and organizations with security tasks.
