Team retreat and excursion to the NRW Fire Service Institute in Telgte
Our team recently had the opportunity to visit the grounds of the NRW Fire Service Institute (IdF NRW) in Telgte and gain exciting insights into the practice of firefighter training. This was followed by an inspiring keynote speech on the topic of cyberrisk.
We rounded off the evening with a meal together and a cosy evening by the fireplace, before the second day was all about scientific exchange: our doctoral students presented the current status of their dissertations and discussed their research in depth. There was also plenty of room for new study ideas and professional dialogue within the working group.
Finally, we enjoyed an ice cream together in the sun - a perfect end to a successful retreat full of inspiration and team spirit.
